MY FLOWER STORY

Amber Lynn's flowering journey began making flower crowns as a child, and every craft involved fresh or dried flowers. Growing up on family farms and in gardens is where it all started. Three influential women provided the tools and heart that supported Amber Lynn's flowering trajectory: Aunt Rosemary's manicured cut-flower gardens kept Amber Lynn educated on hundreds of varieties through the seasons. Her Grandmother Martha's 50+ year Iris and Lily flowerbeds became heirlooms shared around their family tree. And her mother's herbal healing lifestyle provided an approach to natural and holistic living, celebrated with garden herbs and edible flowers.

Amber Lynn's wedding design passion evolved in the event space from 2009, working at an exclusive country club during her college years. Through this experience, she supported their wedding venue coordinators with high profile clients, private 250-500 guest events, in-house floral arranging, while learning the wedding planning process. Through the years, Amber Lynn's burning passion for floral design and heartfelt storytelling evolved from dreams to reality when she launched Snapdragon Bloom Bar. 

Prior to owning Snapdragon Bloom Bar, Amber Lynn retired from an Executive Director role at a direct-to-consumer global tech and medical device company, where she gained worldly experience. Her former leadership roles provided off-shore travel and living opportunities that opened her heart in profound ways. Swapping days in an office for early mornings at the flower market has provided the path to living her purpose: celebrating petals and people!
